This race event is for creating fitness awareness by walking/running 5K distance. We are having a challenging days due to COVID, so I think its time to get together and walk/run virtual 5K for fitness awareness. Fitness is very important because it can reduce stress, prevent weight gain, boost the immune system, and improve sleep during this uncertain times. Hope you will be happy to join this event for creating awareness about balanced diet, sleep and workout.
