MARCH to Support HBCUs Race Description

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Omega Tau Omega Chapter along with The York County Pearls of Promise Foundation present MARCH to Support HBCUs! 

MARCH to Support HBCUs is a virtual race organized to raise awareness of higher education at HBCUs and to financially support the programs and scholarships of York County Pearls of Promise Foundation, Inc.

Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) have built an invaluable legacy and fill an important role in providing access to quality higher education for African Americans and other individuals.  However, most HBCUs struggle financially.  Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Omega Tau Omega Chapter seeks to raise awareness in our community regarding HBCUs as well as financially support HBCUs and those students who attend HBCUs. 

Join us in this effort by participating in the MARCH to Support HBCUs Virtual Race or make a direct donation to the AKAHBCU Endowment Fund via the Fundraise Button. 

All contributions are tax deductible.
