Miles for Millions!
Mental health affects millions of people daily. Our mission at Active Minds is to spread the word about mental health and try to eliminate the stigma surrounding it on college campuses. We are out here to run for the millions affected every single day and help to raise awareness for these individuals!
During these social distancing times, we invite you to join us in this run to raise mental health awareness! You might be wondering how this all works- to participate in our run all you have to do is walk out your front door! You run in your hometown and we run in ours but we all do it together!
We would love to see your run with just yourself or with your family! Feel free to take a picture before or after your run and post it to our Facebook page!
