Ruth Boyd lost her short battle with ovarian cancer in 2012. We have been fundraising since 2013 to support local organizations as well as national organizations in their efforts to educate about ovarian cancer and provide support to women diagnosed with this terrible cancer.
This year we are hosting another virtual 10K race! We have chosen the armadillo for this year's mascot because Ruth loved these little critters! We always got a laugh out of this because if you knew Ruth, you would know this was out of character for her! And if you have ever seen an armadillo race- they are just fun! So please join our race and have fun!
